Mr Jain is such a lovely man. At my first appointment he went through what was exactly wrong with my knee. Showed me MRI scans and pointed out different areas that had problems. We sent through some of my anxieties about having a total knee replacement. He was honest that it would be painful as it’s such a major operation so to keep up with pain relief. He stressed how important it was to do the exercises afterwards. He said to go away and think about it but during the appointment I had already made my mind up to have it done. I really couldn’t put up with the pain any longer. On the day of the surgery Mr Jain came to see me on the ward and again reassured me. The operation went fine and I was home in 2 days. I started the exercises straight away and yes it’s painful with the swelling around the knee so do as much as you can. I was very focused and wanted the best recovery I could especially after Mr Jains hard work in giving me a new knee. I went for my 6 week check up 4/07/2023 with Mr Jain and he was delighted with my recovery. I’m not saying it’s still not painful at times but every day I can see improvements. I’m now seeing about having my other knee done next year and Mr Jain is going to be my surgeon again. I would not hesitate in recommending Mr Jain to anyone that needs knee surgery. Many thanks again Mr Jain and I’ll see you next year.

From my first consultation with Mr Jain, throughout my hospital stay for a complete knee replacement, through to my 6-week post op consultation, I have been very impressed by his professionalism and care. Mr Jain has taken time to explain my condition and my prognosis. He displays a genuine care and consideration for patient welfare. For my operation I opted to have the epidural only and remained conscious throughout. I experienced Mr Jain and his team's great care, gentleness and outstanding professionalism. It turned out it to be a surprisingly amazing experience.

After having my fist knee replacement about 4 years ago I had no hesitation to request a consultation with Mr Rohit Jain, The first knee replacement went as planned and I,m working very well, but now I need the second Knee replaced, after the consultation it and x rays it was recommended to have it replaced, Mr Jain gave me the full expectations of the knee operation and was very thorough with the procedure of the operation,. I was admitted on a time to suit myself and the whole experience from day one in hospital was first class,. Mr Jain saw me after the operation, and assured me all had gone well. Nursing staff were very attentive and were available to help me for any further questions. My discharge from hospital went as planned, and after care and information given to me was first class,. I did have one or two problems but a short phone call to One Ashford hospital they were quickly sorted out,. I'm on my way to full recovery and I cannot thank Mr Rohit Jain enough for giving me all I wanted ,. ie being able to carry on with my life without pain.
